This very modern townhouse development is expected to go on the market later this year (2021). To help the developer realise their vision, we delivered these high-quality concept designs plus the fly-through video which was also able to be explored through our virtual reality programme.

New Concept Design: Backyard Bunker

This very cool sunroom extension is actually a bunker built into the hillside of this Tauranga property, accessible via an internal James Bond-style access. The bunker extension includes a media room, games room, and spa pool area.

The intention of this rather clever idea was to provide the additional play and living space for the owners while not disrupting the views and lawn frontage of the property.

New Classrooms for Kaharoa School

We had the pleasure of supporting Kaharoa School with the development of a number of their school buildings and the main entrance as well as extensive covered deck space. The result is an improved environment bringing more light and space for everyone at the school.
