Signing Off for 2022

Phew! We have had an incredibly busy and exiting year here at Creative Space Architecture, and we really appreciate you joining us on this ride…

2022 has seen us discover even more talented people who have joined our team. We opened a studio in Queenstown which is allowing us to bring our skills and services to the South Island. Our VR design service has absolutely taken off as more and more clients are seeing the benefit of this awesome tool. And we have continued to refine our business systems to ensure we are able to offer the best possible service to all our clients.

We are looking forward to sharing more of our exciting new developments and projects with you in the New Year. In the meantime, we will be taking a well deserved break so that we can return refreshed, revitalised and ready for 2023.

NEW COMMERCIAL PROJECT: Metlifecare The Mews

We were approached by leading aged-care provider, Metlifecare, for the redesign of 12 residential apartments spread across four buildings. The 12 apartments had a dated and failing façade cladding system, along with poor detailing between building elements which created high risk junctions across the buildings.

LATEST DESIGN: Wonderful Waiheke

This latest design shows a very cool home located on a narrow, steep downward bush-clad site on Waiheke Island, including a roadside carpark platform with a glass lift down to the house.
