Concept Design: Compact Living Options for Family Home

Compact living was one of the primary priorities when designing this house, as it needed to comfort a couple who’s children have now left home but still want to visit and stay sometimes. Our clients will still be able to have the whole family at home, or receive a passive income at any time through the separate rentable zone. This design ticks all the requirement boxes we set out to achieve for this family.

Concept Design: Tauranga Open Plan Living

On this small, sloping 440m2, we have effectively achieved the creation of two homes while still meeting the city plan requirements. Our clients asked for a 3-bedroom double garage home with an attached secondary 2-bedroom dwelling and single garaging both complete with lifts for easy access.

This new home design takes advantage of the commanding views over Tauranga from the master bedroom suite, open plan living, dining and kitchen while soaking up the all-day sun.

Introducing Our VR Concept Design Experience

We now present many of our concept designs as a Virtual Reality tour for clients to explore and discover their new home, remedial work or commercial building as a fully interactive experience. This is an awesome opportunity to quickly identify any refinements or improvements needed to the designs before we move further into the design process - effectively saving thousands in costly changes down the track plus giving everyone more confidence in the results.
