Completed Projects: Tauranga Inner City Living

Our client on this project wanted to make this historic commercial building in downtown Tauranga her home. The vision was to build a funky New York loft-style apartment on the second level while retaining the ground floor for retail lease opportunities.

The apartment consists of a funky open-plan kitchen/dining/living space complete with a suspended street front balcony. With a bank of skylights and plenty of glazing facing northeast, this area is bathed in sunlight.

Completed Projects: Mount ICF Home

We've had a number of homes completed recently which are built using Insulated Concrete Forms - contact us if you would like to know more about this innovative construction material, or come out to our showhome to experience it for yourself!

One great example is this home in Mount Maunganui. In this project, our client wanted to create a strong and durable structure that provided privacy while also allowing for passive, sustainable principles to be implemented. This excellent brief enabled us to explore ways to utilise Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) as the main construction material.

Signing off for 2019

Before we sign-off for the year, we just want to extend an extra thanks for choosing to work with us for 2019. It has been a hugely busy year for us all, especially here at Creative Space, with big upgrades in our systems, our team and our studio!

We are all looking forward to working with you again in 2020 and beyond, and if you haven't been up to visit our stunning renovated space yet then make sure you do so in the New Year. We will be happy to give you the grand tour and a refreshment.
