Welcoming three new people to our Creative Space team - Azman, Felipe, and Jason!

Azman is an all-round creative person, which is why architecture has always interested him. After graduating, he instantly found his place in the creative environment where he feels constantly supported by the team.

After graduating with a Diploma in Architecture in Brazil in 2020, Felipe made his way to NZ joining us late last year. "I'm enjoying learning the ropes here and starting out in my career in architectural design."

After 8yrs in the building industry, Jason decided to get qualified as an Architectural Designer. He has now recently joined our team and is fitting in well with the rest of our ex-builders here!

New Concept Design: Split Level Home

With a sub-dividable section and family moving home to New Zealand, our clients had clear requirements and a good brief for us to work with together. The proposed new, three-bedroom, split level home is designed to blend into the existing sloping site.

New Concept Design: Beach Home Renovations

Briefed with replacing the ground and upper level of the existing home over the remaining concrete block basement level, the expansive coastal views were also an important aspect of this renovation project. The renovated home also needed to comply with daylighting and maintain a setback to the 5m conservation zone yard, whilst ensuring epic views to the beach are maintained.
