Creative Space Architecture’s journey took an unexpected turn when in early 2018, Regan Little, now general manager, and André started discussing the challenges facing the construction industry. They brainstormed solutions that could raise the bar in quality, durability, technology and performance for housing. Their dream was to take control of the entire process by designing and pre- fabricating buildings in their own controlled environment.
