We have specialised in this field for 20 years and have successfully remediated more than 200 standalone homes, multi-unit apartments, commercial buildings and high-rise structures. Expert knowledge of building science is the backbone of compliance, and we love the challenge this field of work brings.

Creative Space has worked closely with the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors and studied critical building science papers to gain a deeper understanding of the building code. This knowledge allows us to confidently work outside of the typical building code ‘acceptable solutions’ into the specific design realm of ‘alternative solutions’. This allows us to utilise robust solutions and advanced techniques to save substantial money and time while ensuring performance.
