Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical drawings and supporting documents
• Provide support to Intermediate and Junior staff
• Carry out measure ups of existing buildings and sites

Competencies/ Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and multi-task - unsupervised
• Thorough and practical knowledge/understanding of NZS:3604 and the NZ Building Code
• Passion for the industry and a drive for success
• Ability to liaise with clients, engineers, builders, and council
• New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology (Level 6) or equivalent NZ industry experience
• A minimum of 2 years of industry ArchiCAD experience
• A minimum of 5-7 years NZ industry experience drafting

Must have a NZ driver’s License and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
