Customer Care Programme Gets Thumbs-Up

As many of you are now well aware, we have a newly launched Customer Care programme. This is being managed and run by Caroline Harrop, Creative Space Office Manager and all round organizer of people and processes.

While there is a lot of activity happening in the background during your project, Caroline will now be keeping tabs on all stages and emailing you a quick update every week. This will also act as a great reminder for both you and us, as to items we need to be thinking about or discussing for your project to continue to run to plan.

Basic Home Maintenance to Prevent Home Failures

In our latest Knowledge post we discuss the reasons for and ways to implement a good, regular Home Maintenance programme. This is absolutely necessary whether your building is brand new or 20 years old. Keeping your home clean and well maintained is the first step to preventing building failures such as leaking or other unnecessary damage.

If you need help with creating a maintenance programme for your home or commercial building, contact us here.
