On this small, sloping 440m2 site, we have effectively achieved the creation of two homes while still meeting the city plan requirements. Our clients wanted a 3-bedroom home with a double garage plus an attached secondary 2-bedroom dwelling with a single garage, both to be fitted with lifts for easy access.
This new home design takes advantage of the commanding views over Tauranga from the master bedroom suite, open plan living, dining and kitchen while soaking up the all-day sun.
