With a sub-dividable section and family moving home to New Zealand, our clients had clear requirements and a good brief for us to work with together. The proposed new, three-bedroom, split level home is designed to blend into the existing sloping site. The home takes in the full potential of the Northly aspect, allowing natural light to flood into the main living areas and open first floor. The layout then afforded an additional outdoor living space of a private covered outdoor area surrounded by trees to relax in over the summer months.
