This beachfront property was quite a tired, dated property with some historical weather-tightness issues when our clients purchased it - these are now being resolved in the renovation process. The owners have also used this process as an opportunity to revisit the functionality of the living spaces and deck areas.
In these concept designs, we’ve taken a cute, character bungalow and pushed it to the next level to add value and create better use of the home.
