This concept design is to renovate the existing residential home including new cladding, aluminium joinery and roofing. The Creative Space design team has also paid particular attention to elimitating high-risk building elements to ensure superior long term weathertightness. We have recommended durable and appealing building materials.
The resulting concept design provides an overall modernisation of what was a dated aesthetic.
