The Creative Space Passive PODs are designed to exceed the building code requirements for habitable spaces by a flying mile. These are super advanced in regard to temperature management (both hot and cold), sound transmission, air quality and overall structural strength. Being pre-fabricated in a factory environment ensures quality and will greatly reduce the time required to deliver and install on site.

We have two Passive POD designs available - The Sleeper and The Snug.

The Sleeper

This POD can be supplied and installed on any site without the requirement of a building consent. In saying this, at no cost, we will screen all planning rules and regulations to be sure the POD will be suitable for your site. These can be supplied with optional decks, pergolas and/or louvered shade systems for all year round protection.

The Snug

This POD will require a building consent due to the kitchen and bathroom services included in the design. In saying this, as an additional service, we will screen all planning rules and regulations before supplying and lodging building consent documentation on your behalf. These can be supplied with optional decks, pergolas and/or louvered shade systems for all year round protection. We also have off grid options for remote locations including solar, greywater recycling, self-composting toilets and more.
