This compact home concept design delivers on the criteria for this project - maximum space on a tight budget.
With a very small 93m2 footprint, we gave this client an extra 60m2 with the addition of a usable loft space resulting in a respectable 150m2 home.
The asymmetrical roof as interest to the design of this home while also providing us with the additional functional living space.
As this home will be built on an elevated site in a rural environment, we have recommended an Insultated Concrete Form (ICF) structure to keep the home warm and comfortable on this highly exposed location where the winter weather can be particularly cold and bitter.
