After 3 years of indepth design & planning, construction works are finally happening onsite at the Calais Apartments in Mt Maunganui. We are proud to be involved in this project which involves major upgrade works to this apartment building in an iconic setting. Due to be completed in 2023 the Calais apartments will have a new lease on life with its modernised front façade.
