This very cool sunroom extension is actually a bunker built into the hillside of this Tauranga property, accessible via an internal James Bond-style access. The bunker extension includes a media room, games room and spa pool area.
The intention of this rather clever idea was to provide the additional play and living space for the owners while not disrupting the views and lawn frontage of the property.
