My company is directly involved as leaky building remediation specialists in the Tauranga and Western Bay of Plenty.

 

The Creative Space Architectural team are our 1st choice of specialist remedial designers in our region. They have been very receptive to our specialist input over the last 3- 4 years specifically in achieving durable weathering detail solutions.

 

Much of our work requires alternative detailing and Creative Space have proven themselves very capable across a wide range of building styles and some very complex buildings. They have developed numerous practical solutions based soundly on good building science.

 

Their principal designer Andre Laurent has a refreshing attitude to sound design and all members of his team are continuously encouraged to expand their knowledge with direct onsite orientation and direct discussion with contractors and consultants. Given the latitude they are good team players which is critical in our sector of construction.
